Absolutely beautiful showroom! The customer service is excellent, and the selection of materials is unmatched!

i also found the showroom very nice but the service unprofessional. i was there a few times (sent by my buillder and cabinet maker) and was denied an opportunity to see my granite choice. the salesman (chad) also treated me poorly saying that i HAVE to take the slab i see and that i am not allowed to see any other slabs. the kitchen is the jewelry of the home. to so many of us (women) our countertops are very important centerstones. i would think that a company like this would understand that concept, but a stellar showroom does not mean stellar service!

I was blown away by this place--talk about exceptional! I must admit, I was slightly skeptical to visit this facility, due to the poor ratings it received several years ago; however, my designer referred me here and reassured me that they were the best (under new management), and that I would taken care of. I can't thank my designer enough for sending me to this BREATHTAKING showroom--First impressions are everything, and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed when you walk through the front doors. After I was initially greeted by the stunning ambiance and the smell of fresh baked cookies, I was then kindly asked to sign in by the Galleria Consultants, and then personally taken back (one-on-one) with a Consultant to view the materials. I visited the facility multiple times before I made my final selection--There was SO much to pick from--who knew I had so many possibilities compared to some other places with only 20 or so colors--MARVA has hundreds! I worked closely with both Martin and Debbie, who both took such great care of me throughout the entire process and were so knowledgable and helpful. At the end of everything, I ended up redoing my kitchen and 2 bathrooms--I couldn't have asked for a better experience, a more beautiful and inspiring showroom, and a team of dedicated employees. THANK YOU MARVA--I'm looking forward to showing off my beautiful home for years to come!

Made a visit there on 11/3/09 to find granite for my kitchen. The showroom was very beautiful and they had a good selection of colors. Unfortunately, I found the service I received as very disapointing. I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. Once I was allowed to see the granite, I felt I was treated poorly as the salesperson was rather rude and not eager to answer my quesrtions. I felt rushed and cut my visit short as I did not feel welcome there.
