I am not sure about these other reviews, but I found these guys be terrible. Worst customer service or communication I have ever seen - ever. I asked them to replace a stone in a class ring and after they had the ring and stone for over two months, I call them only to be told they can't complete the work. No call, nothing. I don't know if they do good work or not, but their customer service is terrible and they are completely unreliable. Additionally, one of the young ladies that works there needs work on her customer relations. Conversing with her makes you feel like you are imposing. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere before trying these folks. Who knows when you will see your jewelry again.

I have never had to have any jewelry repair done before and have heard many horror stories about repair shops. Needless to say I was very concerened about taking one to get repaired. I was very pleased to find that they were not only busy but were very customer friendly. I would recomend anyone to have all their jewerly repaired at this location.

This store and its environment truly made my visit worth the trip. Mr. Jones created a one in a kind piece of jewelry, that was an exceptional piece of work. I was very impressed with my jewelry repair that I had done there. I learned of the business through a friend and since have sent many of my friends there. It is worth the extra trip.

I visited the store on a whim to get my jewelry repaired. The store workers made sure I was acknowledged as soon as I walked thru the door. Not only only did I get my repairs done in record time but the environment was very friendly and the workers were very knowledgable of the jewelry trade. It was my first experience there and I am sure I will go back to give them my business.

I found the environment for conducting business was very pleasant and the personnel were very customer friendly. My special design piece was exactly what I wanted and workmanship was very detailed and awesome. I would recommend anyone to go there for their jewelry repair or interest in jewelry.
