Always good service and repairs.

They damaged an item that I had trusted them to clean. Basically, I had trusted them to do their job. The situation would not had been so horrifying if they had acted in a professional manner. I spoke with the owner who responded with a complete lack of professionalism. It was a clear cut situation. They damaged my item. He was rude as well as disrespectful when responding to the issue. I did not ask for this situation. I suggest that you should not either. I would find someone who cares about their service as well as their customers.
