The entire staff is outstanding! I was made to feel like I was part of the process and had a say in what I wanted before surgery. A few days prior to the surgery, the anesthetist called and we went over a list of things to make sure I was ready and comfortable with the process. The day of the surgery the pre-surgery and surgery team made sure all my questions were answered and I had no concerns. After surgery several calls were received from the surgeon, anesthetist and support staff to make sure I was doing OK. High Praise for everyone there. I am recommending the Waldorf Center to everyone!

All of the staff were friendly and engaging. There was no up sell pressure to purchase goods or services beyond those I had scheduled. My queries regarding employment opportunities in the field of medical aesthetics (as the mom of a fairly recently licensed aesthetician) were welcomed and thoughtfully considered. I am overdue for a Botox booster and will soon be back!

I had a wonderful experience. I felt as if I was staying at a luxury spa. The staff was kind and accommodating. I received a telephone call the night before from the anesthesiologist who was so kind and comforting. Once I checked in I was made as comfortable as possible with the nurse asking if I was warm or needed anything to drink.

I have been a patient since 2006. I have had two surgeries and if I could have more I would. However I do continue to keep coming back for the spa. I get my brow waxes and tinted every month, and pamper myself with amazing facials. I love the staff and the doctor's. I have recommended and will continue to recommend The Waldorf Center.

The staff treated me professionally throughout the whole process. They walked me through the pre-surgery, surgery, and post surgery process completely. I would call in with questions and I would get right through to a nurse. I would get right in on my post surgery appts even 6 months after my surgery. Dr. Waldorf was wonderful and caring and did a great job.
