City Discount Appliance provided the absolute worst customer experience of my life. These guys are manipulative, duplicitous, and outright liars. They will absolutely not stand behind their "warranty". They sold us broken appliances that never worked from day 1. When I tried to get them to replace or repair the POS they sold us it took them over a month to even get around to it. I had to call multiple times every day to get a response. Eventually the owner himself (Jeff) screamed profanities in my face in front of my family rather than fix the problem. These guys are horrible to the point of being scary. Do not shop at City Discount Appliance. Read the other reviews available online. Check out their BBB rating ( it is an F ).
