I hired this cleaning service for a 2 hour clean. Unfortunately we were not there and allowed them clean while unsupervised. I came back to a half cleaned kitchen and nothing else touched. I called the company and explained it was evident they were not there for 2 hours and if someone could come out and make it better as I needed to move out that day. I sent about 15 pictures evidencing the very small kitchen that was partially cleaned. There was still food on the counters, a bananna sticker on the counter, dust all over the fridge, they said they vacuumed but there was hair everywhere. The lady basically said sorry there is nothing I can do for you and I hope your move in was better than you move out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would never recommend this company to anyone and if you do use it be sure you are there to make sure you watch them clean for the amounted time or else they will completely rip you off, not clean and take your money.

Great service - unobtrusive, polite, and reasonably priced.

The office staff was great in helping us understanding what we needed. The cleaners were great and did a really good job. We plan on having them back really soon.
