Their tech drilled a hole through the firewall of my truck cab for the plow control that was too small to fit the grommet to keep water or exaust fumes out of the cab. Rather then getting a different size grommet they left it open allowing water into the cab which resulted in a short circuit in my air bag and also required the jute under the cab carpet to be replaced. I spoke with the owner of McFarland personally and was told he had decided he wasn't go to pay for damage.
After a thorough review by the engineers at Boss Plow. It was determined that the cause for the moisture was not coming from the firewall. GM has infact issued a factory recall on this issue and Mr Haley was made aware of it. Moot issue.
