Super Suds

I placed my $20.00 in machine to purchase "tokens" & nothing happens.. No "tokens" or money back! Just keeps saying..no credit/debit cards. I called the number listed on many sites...its a fax machine... I had $6.00 in "tokens" from previous trip..The automatic car wash wont accept them. There isnt a number to contact anywhere on building. I knocked on door no answer.. Very disappointed. :(
