RichCO Residential dried out my home after my water heater leaked all day while I was gone and I came home to a flooded house. I was devastated and lost, to say the least. I was referred to RichCO from a friend who had a similar experience and BOY was I GLAD I decided to use RichCO. They billed my insurance company directly for the dry out bill and there was no problems and went very smoothly. Then my insurance company tried to offer very little to pay for the damages and tried to deny doing certain repairs. RichCO Residential handled almost all of the communication with the adjuster and the insurance company for me. They met with my adjuster and walked him through the house pointing out damage that he missed the first time. They helped me to get everything covered by my insurance company and now my place looks better than it did before the leak. I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't been referred to RichCO. I normally don't post to these sort of things but I just don't want anyone else to go through the hassle and not be as lucky as I was by having been referred to RichCO Residential Corp and Rich Gulash, the owner.
