Party Rental Professional

Always rent from them and I have to say I really like doing business with them. We always get the hurricane with the slope and slide.

I was originally told they would come 30min before the party started at 12:30 then on the day of the party I recieved a call at 10am asking if I can meet them at the park at 11am because of a "bigger venue" (more money) they had booked at 12 in ft.lauderdale. They said they could try to get there by the time the party started at 1 but didnt show til 1:45... Then they couldnt get the generator to work for about another hour (the kids were pissed). I also paid for a candy cotten machine and was never told to bring my own extension cord so i had to scramble to find one (it was also in bad shape, a knob was missing)... They finally got the generator to stay on but about an hour later after they left it stop working so the kids all had to jump out quickly. I paid $190 for this and at first they only offered us $20, they they upped it to a measly $40. The boss of this business is a complete ahole too threatening to take the money out of his workers paychecks. I felt bad cause its not there fault but the owner is a complete jerk. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!

i rented for my kid a inflatable, a food machine, and some chairs and my experience was awsome! i recomment them 100% i will be doing business with them again!
