This guy does horrible job. I hired them come to my house to clean my stair case carpet plus the sofa and love seat. He didn't do the back of my the sofa and love seat. He just spray sampoo then steam for few minutes then stop. Very sloppy! I'm very upset.

About the stair case, he at first told me would clean the entire of the waterfall of the stairs but he just clean only on the surface where we step on. His deodorizer smell sting!. I can't stand it. Please do not use this guy! I tell you. You will be sorry!!!
