This practice is dedicated to helping individuals find happiness in their current position in life. This is often done through self exploration and mindfulness practices. Historically, sailors would use the term anchors aweigh to describe the moment when an anchor had been completely lifted off of the ocean floor, and all of the anchors weight could then be felt in the anchor chain. This served as an indicator that since the weight was now lifted, the ship could continue with its journey. We all need a little help lifting that anchor from time to time. No matter what form your anchor assumes, together we can explore healing options.

Services/Products

Services include individual and couple/family counseling. Individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, co-dependency, anger, grief and loss, LGBT related struggles, fertility/postpartum challenges, eating disorders, career related struggles and divorce related stressors. 60 minute psychotherapy sessions are offered along with 30 minute relaxation focused sessions. Biofeedback is available for all sessions.
