Arlene's Auto Transport

we had to fly home in an emergency an shipped our car weith jrs auto transport in pt richey fl, some of our personal idems were stolen,we were told to bad and to get over it by debbie, we also had aprox $3000.00 damage to the roof of our vehicle which thay claim thay did not do,, what a scamer that jr is , and to top that, he demanded we pay cash on a sunday at 3 in the am,

did i mention the price changed twice in shipment, the old bait & switch, and if that wasnt enough, he had the nerve after the damage on our car, and the 3am delivery

to scam us out of more than 800.00

i recently used Jr's to transport my sisters vehicle from Cleveland, Oh to Clearwater, Fl



they were very nice and very accommodating. I've never shipped a car and was nervous about damages, and scheduling. they walked me through the whole process, gave me not only their office number but the driver of the truck they used to transport my sister car. the car arrived a little earlier than expected and there was not a scratch on it. my sister and i were very pleased. i highly recommend them to anybody!

I used their service when my daughter transferred her vehicle from MA to FL

Staff courteous, knowledgeable in directions, efficient, cost reasonable. Would use them

again and have recommended others.
