Guy is such a great technician and Ben always communicates so well also. This company is honest loyal and efficient . I wouldn’t recommend any other company. My entire family has used them for over 7 years and every person I tell loves the company as well. Look no further for an ac company they will surely not scam you and get the job done honestly which is hard to find nowadays.

I recently moved to the new port richey area from up north, I am on a fixed income and my husband is disabled we care for our 2 grandchildren so money is tight our heat went out as it got cold and their sticker was on the unit, so I gave them a call! The office staff was very friendly and helpful In getting me in for an emergency service and had them there same day. The men arrived very clean cut and professional, diagnosed the system within about 30 min, me knowing nothing about an A/C Unit they fully explained options on how to go about repair, explaining that I needed to replace the heating element. I agreed, they gave me a great price and even dropped the service call charge, due to their wonderful policy of (FREE service call with repair). They had it up and running in no time. I am very satisfied with this company, and have referred them to all of my friends and neighbors! Professional, Friendly, Quick, Intelligent, AND with comparable prices what more could you ask for. I will defiantly be using them again! Thank you All Star you truly are All Stars!

$35 capacitor



Beware of these folks in New Port Richey if they solicit you. Called for an issue with outside unit not working. Didn't borther to do anything execpt check freon pressure. Did not look inside the electrical panel. Advised whole outside unti had to be replaced for $3500. The entire service visit5 minutes to tell me thatbthe whole unit was done and nothing could be done to fix or service it. Charged $79 for amservice call and tech inspection. Imdetermined after removing 4 screws and taking off the cover that is was a bad $35 capacitor. Actually could have mail ordered it for $25.......of which I will as a back up for the future.

BEWARE of these guys!!!! They "cold called" my elderly mother and said she was in need of her yearly check up for only $34.95. The tech showed up and began to tell my mother that she would have to replace the entire coil because it was so filthy, around $3000. But lucky for her, (sound familiar) he could "specially clean it this time and throw in a UV light system that keep mold away (not proven) and handed her a bill for $1,395. My mom is on a fixed income and just lost her husband so this bill was no joke for her or me, (her son.) Amanda, Joey Diaz the tech, Mr Hill the owner, have pulled this scam many times. Don't be fooled by the raving reviews below. Also look them up on the Better Business Bureau. 16 complaints in 3 years!! ..and those are the ones that took time to complain. It's amazing how they continue to operate under the current law. Something has to and WILL change for this company.
