Nothing nice to say other than the sales man did a good job. Disappointment day after day with the system. Been down for a week and no fix insight all this after they replaces everything 3 years ago. Did i mention they have been to my house several times since install and this is the 3 repair done to the system. Better off burning your money than waist it here.

Have had several calls to fix the issue with the new A/C we just had put in. sad thing is that the wait time is horrible. I don't get the name one hour air.. they have never been out in one hour ever!!! The girls on the phone are very nice, management needs more service people.

One Hour AC has taken incompetence to a new level. Early afternoon on Sunday 07/10/16, I called an AC company and set up a service call. This company arrived at about 6:30 PM & told me I needed freon. However they had run out. Very hot and frustrated I called One Hour AC & made my second appointment of the day. I spoke with Katherine Goebel & explained my experience with the 1st company. I called again at about 10:30 and spoke with a second representative who was also told about the freon. He apologized for the delay but assured me that they would be here as soon as possible. At a little before midnight their repair guy finally showed up. They had already been told twice that it was already checked earlier & needed freon. Then I waited for hours for their repair guy to show. Then I was informed that it did indeed need freon. However their guy did not have the freon to actually do the job. I was absolutely dumbfounded. Way to take care of your customers!!!

About 7 PM tonight we realized our AC was not working as the temperature was steadily climbing. I called our normal One Hour Air and Roger was here in about an hour, talked me through everything he did and got us back cooling. Service was exceptional and rapid. Recommend highly

my 91 year old mother left florida for her safety due to elder abuse. it was extremely hard dealing with financial matters from california as she left with nothing. four dealings with One Hour Air demonstrated the best customer service possible. thank you tracy, stefani you guys are the greatest--your friendly and considerate attitude made a difference

We got ripped off on our new a/c. We should have done more research on a/c companies. We were told we were being sold a fuel efficient unit vegan in fact it was not most companies don't even sell the seers we have on this a/c which dates back to the early fuel efficient changes of the Clinton Administration. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend the franchise here in Port Orange.

I'm not entirely sure what exactly the "one hour guarantee" is considering they are given a 2 hour window and the repair man showed up at over an hour after receiving his return call and notification. It was later in the evening so I really cared more that the AC was fixed at this point. The repair went well and the AC worked fine. I was given the bill on which I wrote my credit card information, signed, and received a receipt of the charge. After reviewing my credit card statement I noticed that the charge was $25 more than I signed for and I felt this was incorrect so I called the company. I was told that the repair man had incorrectly calculated the sum and that's why the additional charge was applied. I couldn't understand how that is my fault and as a consumer, thought it to be wrong. While reviewing the receipt in more detail (to see if there were even mention of the company having such a capability) I reviewed the charges and noted that the part that was replaced and installed was not listed in the category in which I was charged. It was listed under the 1st category at over $100 less. When questioning this charge I was told that my part was a "dual capacitor" rather than simply a "capacitor" which would qualify it as a category 2 charge. Although there was no mention of the "dual capacitor" in the category 2 it was somehow omitted from the invoice, as i was told, and that it would be included when they order a new invoice. Overall I was dissatisfied and would not recommend One hour heat and air to a friend. I can't see why I would have to pay more for their mistake especially after receiving a receipt for all charges (as opposed to a quote).
