        Must say the office staff was very friendly and helpful. Showed up on time and fixed my unit quickly. They did give a window of 11 to 2 which I thought was a wide time frame but showed up at 11:30 and fixed for a low price. Very Happy and will call again.

        CALLED THEM YESTERDAY AT 3:45PM WITH NO AIR, I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY 15 YEAR OLD UNIT WITHOUT TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW ONE LIKE THE LAST COMPANYS I HAD. I WILL BE CALLING THEM BACK FOR SURE!

        I called Dale's at 11 p.m. on Labor Day the service tech was at my house with my problem resolved at 12:15p.m. what more could you ask for!
