I took my 2018 Dodge Challenger in for a performance muffler swap out, which required some welding. Josh worked on my car and he did a fantastic job. I didn't even have to watch em, he was as carful as I would have been had I been able to do this work myself. He also made sure the chrome tips were lined up to perfection. I couldn't ask for a better muffler shop and iM pretty picky about my cars. Thanks again. Josh!

With no prior history with us, the people at Charlotte Harbor Exhaust repaired our exhaust system for a low cost and had it finished in less than one hour. Brought my truck in for glow plugs

Had bought brand new tires and was pleased with price and service

Today I got s call that they were done with work

Truck had sat half the day

I brought it in first thing

Told the owner I was on my way to pick it up

Drove 20 ,miles

And he WAS CLOSED and left me without my vehicle

Owner did not know I ran a well known and highly respected shop in Fort Lauderdale and. NEVER have I locked up a clients car without COMMUNICATION

I could hava paid over the phone and left it outside

I could have made arrangements if they started early in morning like they said it wouldn't have even been close to closing time.

I use the truck for a living and it runs perfect excepts hard start when cold and I could have been using my truck as usual

I live totally alone with no family nearby now I have no vehicle and pay someone to bring me down tomorrow

Took my car in today with a broken tailpipe. They took the car right in and repaired the pipe, didn't try to sell me an exhaust system, didn't try to talk me into replacing things like the tail pipes, mufflers or things I didn't need. I appreciate their honesty and reasonable pricing for repairs. I recommend this shop if you need exhaust repairs made to your vehicle.
