        Rude inconsiderate workers, poor workmanship.



        Began working early in the morning with a boom box BLARING music so loud it woke up the neighbors. When asked to turn it down they turned it up LOUDER.



        They couldn't care less about anyone or anything and their work is representative of that poor attitude.
