        The real rating should be a negative 10 stars but that wasn't an option.



        Hell from day one. Do not use Rudolph unless you're looking for agrevation, unprofessional workmanship.



        Promises, promises, but never the truth and never does what was promised. I could write a book about the poor quality of the work.



        If I could have thrown him out without losing the oversized deposit, I would have.
