Coral Glass & Window

Missed appointment, finally came out to fix and stated couldn't cut glass on site, would cut & call back. Waited a week, nothing from them. Called Diversified Window & Glass. Ron was fantastic! Fit us in the same day, was on time, window looks great, very reasonable price, CUT GLASS ON SITE!!! DO NOT EVER USE CORAL GLASS & WINDOW (ana) CORAL WINDOW & GLASS-COST US TIME, MONEY AGGRIVATION & THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

Called to replace a broken window. Told they couldn't make it until the next week. Gave us day, and time between 12 and 1. called to confirm on day of. At 1:05, still a now show, so I called and he said "So and so would be out when he finished his lunch." ). My husband had skipped lunch to be there, and was then forced to take a half day off work to wait on them. Called back at 1:30, they said "Oh, you are still waiting? He got there about 1:40, land stated he couldn't cut the glass in the rain as it was now drizzling, said he would be back. It was not raining from 12-1! He spent less than 5 minutes at the house! Why couldn't he cut the glass in the garage or in his truck? Anyway, we didn't trust them at this point to wait for them to come back. We asked them to call us when the glass was cut and & we would meet them at the house. We waited a week and & they never called-shock!-not. We have never been treated like this by a company, it cost us time and money that can not be replaced!
