Albert Gallatin Municipal Authority

The hours are terrible, it's only open like 5 hours a day. You have to pay by check and if you want to pay in person and the office is closed, you have to travel to a bank in Masontown. It's as if you went back in time 20 years and water quality is really bad!

The woman that works there can be very mean and rude when it's not needed....I understand her being the area that she deals with alot of crap....but no reason to take it out on those of us who always pay our bills on time
