These guys came to my mothers house once before and wouldn't teach her how to simply prime the machine.

She had an issue with the boiler 3 days ago and they came yesterday. There was some spillage near the boiler. This time before she could ask any questions she was ordered back up stairs because he likes to work "in peace". Fine.

Before they left, they even cleaned the water spill...with the CURTAINS she was SAVING on a chair in a DIFFERENT section of my basement. Not only did they use my mothers curtains to sop up the mess, they left them on the ground as if they were garage rags. The lawn chair which had the curtains draped over them was also left next to the boiler, as if he was sitting there watching his son do all of the work.

Folks, I never write bad reviews. This guy deserves no more than 2 stars. He supposedly "fixed" our issue but still insisted on us purchasing a whole new system. My poor mother was almost taken advantage of. If he fixed it, why would she need a new one? Riddle me that.

The nicest people! Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. Competitive pricing as well. We recently had to replace the boiler and they were awesome. Super friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good about this company and their response time and pricing. I am so glad one of my friends recommended them to me.
