Plymouth L P Gas Corp

This company is terrible. Last year they sent our FIRST invoice with a stamp threatening to pick up our 500 gallon tank. Just two days ago I went to Plymouth LP, paid $400 in CASH, found out that we had over a $65 credit already on our account. They still haven't brought our gas... and we're out. There should be a heat wave of about 23 degrees tonight.

I have a large fat-type tank from this place that we only use for our cooking stove and as a backup for winter heat. We hardly use any gas out of it cause cooking does not use much and backup heat only happens if we vacation in the winter and we told them that when we rented it. One day they showed up unannounced with no notice to remove the tank!!! They literally called us deadbeats (confirmed by me on the phone with them) since we fill the tank once every 3 years - even though they charge us a yearly rental fee to have the tank!!! We called the place and the owner was very nasty in taking the tank. She finally conceded to give us 48 hours to determine a solution. She then flat out lied - said they had a policy for tanks with no activity for 2 years they would remove them. Problem is we only had the tank for 1.5 YEARS but they could care less and I guess they round the number up, they are taking the tank. I would not mind dealing with these people except they are nasty and unrealistic. We conceded to buy the tank from them AT ALMOST NEW PRICE! We had no other choice and they would not budge on the crazy 'used' price. For $100 more I could have bought new except I would loose the gas inside. What a con game, threats to take your tank so you are forced to buy it. Now there is how you get new tanks for your business! Stay away from this company, no integrity at the cost of the customer.
