        I contacted Paul after I was pulled over for speeding in Kosciusko County. The cop smelled weed in my car, and I admitted to having a small quantity in my console. I mistakenly thought I was facing just a small fine, but possession is still a crime in Indiana! Paul got me a Pretrial Diversion. Basically, I stayed out of trouble, and the case was eventually dismissed. Definitely call Paul if you get arrested in Indiana! BTW, I found him through NORML.

        Super Lawyer!
        Judge Paul Stanko is a super lawyer in DUI criminal defense. I doubt there is any criminal lawyer in Indiana with as much experience or as great a standing in the courts. The results he obtained for me prove that he was the best criminal lawyer I could have had represent me. I know he treated me with kindness, dignity and respect (and even welcome humor during stressful times). I recommend him without hesitation!
