All Serve Pump LLC

I was referred to All Serve Pump after calling another ‘Well and Pump’ company in Eugene and being told they don’t touch irrigation wells anymore. However, the company I called at least told me to contact All Serve Pump who would most likely be able to help. So I did and my call was answered by Roger. Not knowing anything about pumps other than what I was able to find on Google, Roger spent 10 minutes with me answering my questions and even directing me on how I might be able to service my own pump. Roger was genuinely helpful over the phone and actually gave me the confidence to give servicing my own pump a try. That said, I asked about their rates and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could afford All Serve Pumps services. So I made an appointment and Roger showed up with an assistant like he promised. He quickly went to work with priming my pump and getting the necessary pipes and parts in place to have it working good. There was some trouble priming my pump initially but he stuck with it and had everything working with water flowing better than before. He also spent time giving me advice on servicing the pump through the seasons in order to protect my pump investment. Better yet, though Roger spent time with me answering questions and changing my pump setup, he didn’t nickel and dime me for the time spent. Rodger was a great choice and if/when there are pump service issues in the future, I’ll be contacting All Serve Pump again.
