This soap-free cleaner is proprietary and manufactured by my chemist locally in Utah. It is less than 1% surfactant yet more effective in cleaning than standard products with more than 35% surfactants. Using a soap-free cleaner keeps the cleaned surfaces cleaner longer and prevents rapid re-soiling from residues left in the carpet. * Fabric Upholstery Cleaning (Synthetic and Natural Fabrics) Fabric Upholstery should have the fiber type correctly identified prior to service to prevent damage of the fabric. Synthetic and Natural fibers should be cleaned and protected properly by a trained and experienced technician. * Leather Upholstery Repair and Re-dyeing Leather Upholstery dries out and changes with time. Leather furniture can be repaired and new factory quality dye reapplied to restore the color and condition of the leather extending the useful life and appearance of your investment.

        Joel is my favorite carpet cleaner I've ever hired. He is the ONLY one I trust to get my carpets and upholstery looking new again. He is very knowledgable about stains and fibers so he can remove anything we show him without damaging our carpets or sofas. Plus he's very courteous and I can trust him being in my home. I VERY highly recommend Utah Carpets Plus.

        I highly recommend this compan...

        I highly recommend this company. They did a great job on carpet repair (I had a rip in the carpet in a non-seam place) and relaying it. Then they did a great job on the cleaning of my carpets throughout the house. They look fantastic. I appreciated that one company could do it all.
