My name is Sylvia. Speedy Collision Repair located at 900 E Parker Road in Plano, Texas is the best repair and body work shop near me. They do excellent work every time I go to them and send people to them. I highly recommend them for service. You will be very satisfied any time you go there.

I brought my car into Speedy Collision after someone hit my husband and I head on and took off. I had a alot of front end damage. The accident happened during the week of Christmas, not fun! I did however manage to get through the holidays thankful that we are still alive. We went in and spoke with Alfonso about our damages right before Christmas, he was very courteous and professional. We decided to bring in our car after the holidays. From the the time we first spoke with Alfonso and his team, until the time we picked up our car, we couldn't have been more pleased. Our car turned out beautiful, much better than before! They even worked with me on my deductible. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back if we ever needed to again. Thank you Speedy Collision!!

These guys are great. The red Porsche in the picture is mine, and they did an amazing job with the body kit. Everything went smoothly dropping the car off and they even gave me a ride home. The kit included 7 pieces including a hood and the car came back looking better than I could have imagined. They also brought the car to my house since I didn't have a ride down. The people I dealt with were great and I'm really happy with the final product. Highly recommended!!

I just wanted to say first of all awesome service. Right from when I got quoted in no time first if all. The owner Alonso was the gentleman who addressed me. Then gave me the most honest estimate that blew my mind as I received a couple others. Then I spoke with him again as I was checking out to explain how his service is promised as lifetime. I recently took my 2009 Chevy Malibu to Alfonso at Speedy Collision. I was in a bad accident and my whole front end was basically smashed and ruined. They fixed it and had my car looking like brand new. It was great work and every time I had to deal with Alfonso, he was very helpful and attentive. He even helped me out with my deductible and provided the best service possible! I would recommend Speedy collision to anyone needing quality work at a fraction of the cost. Was nervous going to a small business but it really paid off in the end! A+

I was referred to Speedy for my collision. Not knowing them I trusted God that everything will be ok. After all, once I met Mr. Martell he told me not to worry at all that he will take care of me and my car will soon be ready. After taking his word, he was completely correct. He saved me a lot of money and when my car was done he also gave me a full car detailed worth $130. Mr. Martells goal is to save people money and of course help people out with deductibles. I highly recommend this auto shop not only because Mr. Martell kept his word, but because they left my car feeling like I just bought from a new car dealer! I really appreciate everything he and his staff did to get it done as quick as possible and definitely will be referring people to his shop!

I took my Lincoln mkz for the number to get repaired after a rear end collision. They made my car look just like it did before! !!! Also they washed my car and offered to fix a few scratches I noticed after delivery. Thanks David and Alfonso for the awesome service.

Be very leery of doing business with this company especially the manager Alfonso Martell. I received two different quotes to repair my car and the day I went to see him to pay for my parts to be ordered he changed the price for a third time and then refused my service because I expressed my concern as to why he kept changing the costs after we'd already locked in a price and he'd confirmed the day before meeting him my total costs for services for my repairs. So not only had I wasted 45 minutes of my time traveling to his place of business, but he got upset with me after he'd increased the price three times. I understand now the stories of Texas car shops being notorious for trying to get over on females all because of his service or lack thereof. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and I'm presently contacting Better Business Bureau to report the situation as well.

I am very picky about the finish out of my vehicles . I thought Alfonso and his team did a Great job with my Suburban . Their shop is also convenient to the Dart Rail station at Parker Road which I also thought was a big plus .

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I took my car if for just a small amount of cosmetic work. Left headlight, blinker, and a dented hood. They wanted to charge almost 300 dollars for one headlight and the hood was hail damaged and looked as if it had been keyed and both hinges were bent and out of line. A small chip on the windshield that was there when I brought the car in has spread completely across the windshield. And when I went to pick it up it wouldn't even start. They tried to tell me it was a dead battery and they boosted it off. As soon as I turned the corner out of the parking lot the car died on me and now they want to charge me even more to "fix it" This is the absolute worst service I have EVER had.

Called ahead and asked them to look a car over we were thinking about purchasing and it problems with the sun roof, and other non-mechanical problems. I also wanted the car diagnostically gone through to get an estimate on the car’s worth and repair costs to basically make sure it was a worthy car. Here’s how it went down:

1. They told me the Estimate was Free.

2. They were late opening the shop.

3. Then they told me there was a $90 Diagnostic Fee

4. They gave me no receipt of taking my car.

5. They couldn’t tell me approximately when my car would be ready or how long it might take?

6. I called them twice throughout the day. When somebody did answer the phone, I was told they would let me know how far along the car was and about when we should have to expect the car to be don’t. They said they would call me back. Nobody did.

7. Finally, took it upon myself to drive up there around 4:30p to see what was going on with the car? Then I was told the car was not ready. I said when it will be ready. He said 45 Min.

8. Came back 45 min. After they had my car a complete work day. (I had called in about a day ahead of time). The gentleman proceeds to tell me in my opinion as an Industry proven industrial Control/Automation/Robotic Expert a vary vague depiction of what was even wrong with the car. No error codes or ..”Hey here is the part you need”. Just that there may be more charges. He had no diagnostic print out or data where had tested the car in anyway and after telling me about the $500 headlight I needed he said that he was going to use salvaged parts to fix it with. I offered pay the man for the $90 free estimate and he screamed that he doesn’t feed his family with mad money. I asked for my car and we left.

9. Lesson Learned: Not everybody Driving BMW’s are mechanically and electrically handicapped.

They got a 13 year old driving cars around the parking lot with 2 guys yelling at him to go get another one.

So I took my car to them after not being able to get a straight answer from Service King about my repairs. Saturday morning a tree decided to lay down on my car and after all the headaches from my insurance company I googled them and I took my car to them and they even gave me a loaner to drive without having to rent a car! I am very lucky to have found these people and the fact that they are waiving my deductible was the best part! I highly recommend this place! My Kia looks great now! Thanks guys you turned a headache into a breeze!

I just got my new car and i was hit on my rear bumper. Speedy collision repair fixed my car liked magic. It only took them two days to fix my car and it looked great for a really cheap price.

horrible horrible horrible. stay away pleazzz..the owner Alfonso is a pathetic liar. took my car for a frame work and he ended up breaking everything else ac belt bearings and won't even cover. spent more than $1600 and still not fixed now my ac is not working. took it to another mechanic and he found five screws were missing. this thief could have killed me if I was driving long enough without screws. how can u take money and do work like that. becuz the frame wasn't properly installed n it ended up breaking ac pipe and now that will cost $500 extra to fix... pls pls pls do not use this shop n plz stay away.

This is the worst business ever. They burnt my paint all over my car lost my floor mat broke my washer buds. Alfonso the owner lied said he would repaint and I got him on recording saying he forgot to repaint he is a crook. Stay away!!!
