hmm... where to start. well first of all, they scheduled us at the wrong location which caused us to have to move our appointment time. no apology was given. when they finally did reschedule us, it was at the plano location. we arrived at the plano location on time only to find out there are two plano locations and we were not at the right one. there is only one plano location with an address in yellowpages.com. the person at the front desk immediately knew... evidently it is a problem they encounter all the time. first thing he said was, "we don't have an appointment for you, it must be at the other location, i'll call them right now. did you try to look us up on the internet? we get that a lot." upon talking to the other location, they also seemed to understand that this happens all the time but offered no sort of consolation. they don't update their address information and they don't care. they are aware of a problem that they could easily fix, but they choose to do nothing. instead, they just coldly tell you - we have a 4 hour cancelation policy and right now you're using your massage time. i wonder how many people leave there annoyed every day. its hard to relax for a massage when you know you paid for half the time you didn't even get to use because their address information is not updated in the yellowpages! but the masseuse were kind enough to explain to us that we weren't going to get the full treatment. in a time when we might have wanted them to get right to business, they went to great lengths to inform us that though we purchased and hour long massage (as they advertise), it is really only 50 minutes so we now only have 25 minutes. they did a great job of convincing us though that "they don't make the rules." all in all, whether is was the original scheduling mix up, the lack of updated location information, the poor customer service, or a combination of it all... the massage sucked! we were not at all relaxed, rather laid there fuming that we paid for an hour long massage but only got 25 minutes or less. and you know what? this place was not nice. we had a couples massage. they somehow shoe horned two tables into a room smaller than my closet. we had to just leave our clothes on the ground because the only shelf in the room was used for a gigantic tip display. the true essense of eligence and relaxation.



i would not recommend this place to anyone on any level. to be quite honest, the masseuse was not very talented either. but on that one, i will admit that i may be slightly bitter. we're going to need to go get a real massage to undo the damage that this venture has done.
