PSA is a fabulous organization that has amazing facilities. They are all about the kids, and they try hard to please the parents but with over 100,000 clients - it is hard to please everyone. Their basketball, indoor flag football (year round) and recreational tackle are just hard to beast, and the prices are so below market rate! If you want a place for your kids to grow up playing sports, PSA is it!

I have taken my daughter here for the last couple of years. She loves the flexi-camp and always raves about how much she enjoys it. Unfortunately, the office staff is inconsiderate and unprofessional.



I paid for 3 days of flexi-camp in Murphy; however, the camp was canceled canceled for several days due to low enrollment. After making numerous phone calls and leaving messages for Susan at PSA 1 and T.J. Martin at PSA Murphy, I have neither received a return phone call nor a credit to my account for the day we were unable to use. The front desk workers are generally unfriendly but unhelpful. One told me that I would neither receive a refund nor a credit for a future camp session. Susan, who I believe is the general manager, later passed messages to me through the front desk worker rather than speak to me when I called to check on the status of the refund.



Be very careful about charging multiple camp days to your credit card in advance. If there is an issue, you will not receive any assistance.
