        Overall

        Parkway informed me my new healthcare was inadequate to pay for the same pain medication manufacturer I'd historically used. It agreed to continue providing the same manufacturer if I would pay an additional $15 out of pocket (total of $30). I agreed. When I returned for refills though, the pharmacy asked me to pay full price for the medication, around $100. I went to a competitor and paid $15 instead, returning when I became 'self pay' again. They 'punished' me by demanding that I phone in my order each month..or I would get a substandard manufacturer for my medication. I was a loyal customer for years and spent hundreds each month at this establishment...This is not the way to treat customers...
