        Title accurately depicts the business

        911 Wildlife was very sympathetic to my concern at seeing a bobcat in an urban area - outside my office building. Not only did the woman I spoke to calm my fears but promised to provide me with more information on the subject. I am very happy I called as the woman (I believe her name to be Bonnie)was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
