Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Their garlic sauce is amazing! Egg rolls also great. Two thumbs up. I don't order from any where else!

I've ordered here several times, and while the food isn't great, its not bad either. It is pretty standard for prices and it is in a super convenient location for me, hence why I have ordered there several times.

What does bother me though, is how incredibly rude the people who work there are. Every time I have interacted with them, they have been irritable and in no way welcoming or utilizing just basic common courtesy. You say thank you, they glare at you. You ask a question, they interrupt you to answer you and do so as curtly and irritably as possible. They called me on the phone over and over to deliver my food and then would just hang up on me while I was talking. Perhaps they wouldn't have had as much trouble finding my storefront, which I put a giant sign on the window for them, if they had listened to me on the phone instead of cutting me off and hanging up on me repeatedly.

I will likely find another Chinese restaurant to do business with, even if it is twenty minutes away rather than one minute away like this one - just to avoid these continually unpleasant interactions.

I ordered food and waited for it. Everything seemed normal, but then the staff stopped cooking. No one was cooking anything for 15 minutes, but mine wasn't ready. I stood up, and they started to pack up my now warm, not hot meal. Just then the door swings open and two employees enter with peanuts for my kung po chicken. They made me wait while my food got cold while they went shopping for the peanuts. Maybe, they might have told me? Substitute cashews? Anything but what they did. I won't go back.
