Crystal Cleaners

So very disappointed with both the "dry cleaning" and "service" if that is what you want to call it. I brought my daughters High School Varsity Jacket in for cleaning, when we picked it up we noticed that the patches on the back of the jacket with the school name and the activity patches, where it is outlined in white was now grayish/blueish. The back panel where the school name patch is sewed on is now a pale grey/blue. It looks like it was just washed and not dry cleaned. When I brought it back and inquired about why it happened and about getting a refund, they told me that the jacket was brought in that way or the jacket was old...it was not their fault!!! NO REFUND, NO APOLOGY they did not care at all!!! They actually told me to, "Just go buy another one!" My suggestion, if you care at all about the items you are dropping of at CRYSTAL CLEANERS IN PLAINFIELD...think about it really hard and then, find a different cleaner. They do not deserve your money or your business. Just my opinion. They are very unpleasant and rude business owners!!!

I brought my daughters prom dress to this cleaners to get it cleaned and altered and they did a phenomenal job. The alterations were specatcular for a great price, and the cleaning was excellent. Won't go anywhere else now, friendly people and great prices for the area!
