In today society we have what you call Ma and Pa shops. We are neither. However,

today we felt like one. We felt we were not good enough to do business with this establishment or shall we say there was a lack of urgency. The blessing is that we do not have to give our money to someone that does not care about this potential company's needs. In my department our vendors are based on referral and creditability. There was a time Hale Glass serviced our company but unfortunately the business requirements have change as it should be - it is their company. Just wanted to "Express the Concern". Remember every one is entitled to their opinion so please don't take offense.
