I came in and had hit a pothole and they took care of me fast and efficient

Beware, poorly trained technicians. Went to this location for tires. An hour after leaving my tire pressure sensors came on. After checking the tires every one was leaking air to the point you could hear it. Returned to jack William's and was informed all four of my pressure monitors were broken and I could either pay 60 dollars a piece for new ones or put rubber valve stems in and disable the safety system. I understand these sensors go but it is highly unlikely that all 4 go at once. More likely they were damaged during installation and the business is attempting to avoid paying for their error.

I did not receive satisfactory service in regards to how i was spoken to or how things were explained ....aka services after the fact of me paying for them...also when i tried to ask questions I was overspoken and could not get a word in...i felt my business was not valued because as a customer i was replaceable with other future customers....Tim was the employee I spoke with

I have never been so disrespected in my life!!!! Manager rick at front desk was a complete jerk! Wouldnt even let me explain ti him what was wrong with my car! They are money hungry and the service sucks! They will never get my business again! Beware!!!!!

I have had it with this place and their excuses. The first time o brought my car there they scratched the heck out of my painted rims with their so called "touchless" tire mounting, second time i had a bad alignment and it ate up two new rear tires in 6 months, third happened yesterday when they cracked a tire pressure sensor and we woke up with a flat tire. I had another company put a standard valve stem in. i would tell anyone to stay away from this place!
