Don't go. They damage clothes and don't compensate for your damaged clothes. Poor management. The guy is very difficult to deal with as is Kim the seamstress. Over priced and poor quality work.

Did not notice that I could leave a business response. I set the stars to 3 as is the average that is between the two different reviews.

The name is misleading and they are very over priced. One Hour is not possible, EVER. The girl at the desk said." 'One hour' is just the name of the business its nothing to do with their dry cleaning service"...umm okay, i replied...... EVEN One day is NOT possible most days and never on Saturday. The prices were more than Beverly Hills. I dont mind paying more if I can have my suit back the same day, but sky high prices and no convenience. Not for me. The two suits I took in to be cleaned have (even at less expensive quality cleaners) the arms stuffed with tissue to keep from wrinkling and the hanger is a plastic suit type hangar. You wont find that here. Tissue was not in the arms to keep the suit from folding in on it self and the hangar was a wire flmsy one that u expect for a shirt. For me I want great quality if I pay tip top dollar ... At $17 for a lightweight women's suit....i want it perfect, well stuffed arms, plastic suit type hangar. You wont find that kind of quality here. The clothes were clean but i can get this for $12 anywhere in town.
