If you want a drunkard ripping 2 closet shelf anchors from the wall & tearing 2 holes in your wall, all unrelated to the repair, hire Sonny. He left the 2 anchors on the floor & the 2 holes in the wall for me to find after he left w/o even telling me. He gave us an eta of 2 hr. & showed up 4 hrs later. After just telling us missing plumber's putty in the drain was causing the leak, he said he would have to return Tues. or Wed. to finish, (initial visit was Sun.) because he did not have the part he needed w/ him. (f.y.i. plumber's putty is a very common item any remotely competent plumber should have.) I agreed to let him come back then, when we would be gone, until I discovered the disaster he left in the closet. We then called him on Mon. & left a voicemail for him to return Mon./Tues. of the next wk. He then called us on Wed. of 1st wk., ignorant of the voicemail, asking if he can return that day. I repeated to him the statement left in the voicemail. I texted him the next Mon., & called him twice the next Tues., leaving 2 messages--telling him he could return Mon./Tues./Wed. & to call us before he comes over. He never answers/calls me back, so on Tues. p.m. I call watts realty to ask if they can correspond w/ him. They say they will get him there that afternoon or Wed./Thurs. He never calls or shows, so my wife emails Watts to tell them on Thurs. p.m. & Watts tells her they will have him come that afternoon or Fri. morning, but to call her if he is not there by 0930, Fri., since we would be gone before noon. He never shows by 0958 Fri., so my wife sent an email reporting to Watts. He later claims to have showed before 0930, but this was obviously not true since we were there at this time & heard no doorbell/knock/ or received no call. After we were gone, he and Watts picked my lock & entered my home to do the non-emergent repair, even though I told him not to enter when I am not there. Save yourself & find a professional plumber & stay away from this clown.
