I have been pleased with their work. The owner answers and returns calls in a timely way. Estimate prior to work being done was accurate. Has done two repairs for me that have held up. Work completed on time.

My experience - done right the first time without delay. I will use them again if needed.

Home owner's worst nightmare...they provide me competitive estimates, but when they discovered additional work, going over 40% their original estimate, they did not bother giving me a courtesy call to give me a heads up or option...they just went ahead and did the work and slapped me with the bill.



When I triend renegotiating the bill with the owner, Brent, the office manager, who is by the way the wife of the owner, has anger management issues. She threatened to put a lien on my house and left a nasty message for trying to renegotiate with her husband and not her...claiming that I "disrespected" her for trying to negotiate with her husband. What a joke!



Bottom line...really unprofessional and I can't believe they have A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau!
