The Light House

I took a lamp in to ask a question about the globe/shade and see if they would have a part to correct the issue. I was informed they could order a part, that would take just a couple of days to come in, to fix the issue I was having. Needless to say about six weeks later I picked up my lamp in it's original condition. I got tired of going in and being told the part was going to be coming in; it would be just a couple more days. The funny thing is the man being waited on in front of me at the store was waiting for me in the parking lot and said he was glad to know he wasn't the only one waiting for items. He had to wait five weeks for a part.
