Extremely poor service. Dentist working there says she can't write prescriptions for pain medication after extracting a tooth.

The staff was super friendly and professional. The setting made my 3 year and 5 year old Son comfortable being at the Deniist. I would definitely recommend Cool Smiles to other parents

I just brought my child in for an ortho consult. We had Brittany as our assistant and my child absolutely loved her. She worked so well with my daughter and made her feel at home. I hope we get to see her at every visit.

Upon entering, Kool Smiles, Shon at the front desk, is friendly, professional, and efficient. This lead to a very good appointment with Dr. Wallace who is excellent, with the care that he gives. You need more people, like these two, who are sesicated to their jobs.

My daughter saw the doctor to get braces today. The assistant Brittainy and Doctor paula made my daughter feel very comfortable when she was nervous. I will be telling all my friends to take their kids here.

I took my sons to see the orthodontist today. The receptionist was so nice. Doctor Paula told me what needs to happen next in order for my boys to get braces and Britney was good with my kids. I am looking foreward to getting my kids in braces.

My grandchildren love Kool Smiles in Pines Bluff. The staff are wonderful with kids of all ages and they even see adults. The hygienists Mandy and Rebecca are outstanding. You can tell they have a true passion for kids. I recommend this office to all who has kids.

Upon my experience at this facility. Nicole, Be, Rebecca and Dr. Wallace were very nice, polite and courteous. Everything was explain clearly, my kids were very pleased with the way the handle and explained things to them on their level. I highly recommend them to anyone. Also the facility was well maintain and very clean. A+in my book!
