My experience with Alexander Electric was disappointing. When he agreed to do the job he never stated that he would run the electrical conduit over the sidewalk. I was never informed that the conduit would be ran on top of the sidewalk.This is not professional nor does it appear to be within code. I would not recommend Alexander Electric.
