        Overall

        Horrible customer service!!!! The guy answered the phone by sounding half asleep and saying "hello" instead of announcing the of his business so I wasn't even sure I called the right number. Then, when I asked if this was Action Floor Care that I called, his response was "uh, yeah"...and never once gave me his name. Seriously?! He has poor phone manners and that is no way to run a business. If I could give a negative star rating I would!
