I have had 3 other trainers and to my pleasant surprise have reached my goal with the Healthyone Fitness training tips. Pamela does not believe in fads or selling supplements and made me realize that all the dieting and pills will not replace hard work. I reached my goals in a short time and saved money by hiring Pam instead of joining a gym. It's worth the money of a personal trainer in the long run. She encouraged me to learn to work out on my own for long term results. I also liked that I have never heard Pam use profanity and I love that I can call her anytime and meet to update my fitness programs as often as I need. She's always there for me.
