Pizza Hut

I have called pizza hut all over the USA. Have to say Pickens shouldn't even have the name. 2nd time I gave called them and got dig food. Pizza wasn't done. Oily and soggy. Me and my family will be going back to picking our pizza up at pizza inn.

Looking for a confident delivery of good food. i turned to Pizza Hut in Pickens for 10 large pizzas to be delivered on Saturday for lunch for a huge group doing me a big favor. A few in the group didnt eat pizza so i also order 20 wings.

I spoke with the manager and stressed the importance of a timely delivery and she assured me it was taken care of.



The delivery was spot on and the food was excellent.

Great experience. The food was hot, tasty, and well prepared. Service could not have been better. Felisha was a great hostess. She was friendly and accommodating and had a beautiful smile. We will definitely return!

Second and last bad experience. I would give negative stars if it was possible. The first negative experience was a few years ago. I ordered online and after 1.5 hours never received my delivery order. When I called the store they told me that they did not have record of my order, even though my credit card had already been charged, I asked the manager to credit my card and I was told they couldn't. I drove up to the store and they just handed me someone else's order to appease me, so I am positive someone else had a bad experience that night.



The second experience was last night. I decided to give Pizza Hut in Pickens another shot; what a mistake! First of all I ordered two medium pizzas and a two liter. They told me the total would be $30 something and I was puzzled because the medium pizzas were 6.99 each and I couldn't imagine delivery fee and two liter totaling $16. After I asked the woman said oh, yeah and corrected the order. Shortly after I ordered I received a call from the store telling me that they were out of medium dough or something and would have to upgrade me to a large at no charge. I have no clue what that was all about or how you run out of medium dough, but can make a large? Lastly the delivery guy showed up without my two liter and it being Christmas I gave him a large tip, he apologized and said he would be back, and I never saw him again. After going to the store and buying a drink, which kind of defeats the purpose of delivery, I called the store and let them know that the delivery driver never showed back up and that I simply just wanted my card credited back for the overpriced drink since I wasn't going to get it, I was then told that I could not get a credit on my card but I could get a store credit for my next order, I expressed concern because there would not be a next order and that I believe that it is theft to take money from someone for a product or service that is not delivered. I was speaking to the manager and she told me that she couldn't credit my card because she did not know how. Funny thing is refer back to my first experience years ago with a different manager and they did not know how to either, This place is horribly run, and if I was Pizza Hut Corp or Yum or whoever owns the franchise, I would pull their franchise and not have the name tarnished.

Pizza was late, box semi crushed, pizza only semi warm but toppings were good even tho it was severely lacking in sauce.
