        Wood/Patel provides civil engineering, hydrology, land survey and construction management services. The Land Development Group consists of engineers, surveyors, drainage engineers and technicians that provide surface water related engineering services. The Hydrology Group has experience in flood control improvements, drainage master plans and flood insurance studies. Wood/Patel's water and wastewater engineers provide for all phases of infrastructure, including planning, modeling and contract documents and specifications for water storage, transmission, distribution, wastewater collection, lift stations and reclaimed water systems. The traffic engineers identify roadway locations and improve existing streets to meet demands. The Land Survey Group provides surveying services that range in size from a fraction of an acre to thousands of acres. The Construction Management Division consists of a team of professionals that have expertise in construction management and administration, construction observation, opinion of costs and project scheduling.

        I called their office and was greeted by a very nice young women. I explained my needs and she directed me to a Ms.Taff. She was not in and I was asked to leave a message, which I did. The message also gave her email address. I emailed my contact info, a description of the needed to be addressed and what we expected they might be able to do for us. The email contained photos of the site.
        A week passed without any contact from her. My response (shame on me) was to send a mildly snarky email. I thanked her for the response (never got) and suggested ways she could have responded (job was too small, we don't do that kind of work, job is too far away) and another week has passed and still no response. I can't imagine two emails got lost and if she got the second but not the first you think she'd inquire about the snarky comment. NOTHING.
