        They are not cheap and we expected good service and quality photos.The complaint here is only the tip of the iceberg.We have very large family.Duke missed up on taking the 7 photos requested. Instead took many extra photos in hopes of selling more photos.They missed up on the digital repair.They took 7 months to get the photos done.They guarantee 100% satisfaction, which they did not do.They insert two photos that my parents did not want on the invoice. My are in their 80s and did sign off on the photos. We only realized the addition of these photos on the pick up. We left one, and took the other in case somebody might want it. Yet it was not the intent to purchase.
