Overall

If I could rate this company with a negative star rating, it would be -10 stars. We were treated so nicely in the beginning. They received our money(early November), they placed our cabinet order the following day and gave us a delivery date of three weeks from time of order. We called to confirm our delivery date at three weeks out and they said it could take four weeks. Fourth week comes and passes with no communication from Diamond. We had to call off our installation from our contractors which set into motion a huge pile-up from installation of cabinets, electrical, and counter tops. At week five we finally are fed up and call. The warehouse manager insists he called us the day prior and left a message which absolutely did not occur. Delivery of our cabinets happens two days later and guess what?..Water damage to two cabinets, impact damage on three cabinets, scuffs on the paint, off- colored and warped door panels. We ordered white and two doors look cream colored. So, again we had to postpone installation as it clearly states on the cabinet box-"do not install if there are defects". Tina Harms, our salesperson insists that everything would have been great if "their installation team would have installed." "Nothing would be wrong with the cabinets because they would have fixed them on-site and proceeded with installation anyway". Tina then states that if she orders the replacement cabinets and parts that Diamond will come out to replace the cabinets because that is part of their great warranty. We receive a call on 1/12/16 stating our replacement parts are ready for delivery. We call Tina to confirm that a repair would be made with the replacement items and her story changed. She says that now it is our responsibility to replace defective parts. Since their company didn't install the she feels it is our responsibility to fix the water damaged cabinets and warped door panels. Their communication is absolutely horrible, our salesperson lied to us and berated us for wanting to install ourselves rather than using their installers, and they delivered faulty products without inspecting them first. Treating anyone this way is an absolute shame and treating a highly decorated Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps with two combat tours this way is just despicable.
