I had been thinking about a security system for years so about five months ago I responded to an email ad from a security company. No sales person came to my home and everything was done via phone and email. At the time I didn’t realize it but they sold me items of no use to me whatsoever. To make matters worse, when I received their package with my security system equipment, I was then informed they had no installers and it was a do-it-yourself system. I then sent back their entire system cancelling my account yet after they received the equipment back, then went and charged another month of monitoring on a system which was neither installed nor activated.



Still wanting and needing a security system, a friend referred me to Alliance Protection Systems, Inc. I called and talked to Jeff Rodgers of Alliance who then came to my home, asked me what I was looking for in a security system and walked around my home with me making suggestions. No hard sell, No push. Mr. Rodgers thoroughly explained the different systems available along with their costs and left the decision strictly up to me with no pressure whatsoever.



Everything Alliance Protection Systems, Inc. promised me, including the installation was completed. No hidden costs. No deceiving me of the product I was purchasing. The installers he uses are knowledgeable, courteous and understanding. Additionally, they made themselves available for any questions I had instead of just installing and leaving. How refreshing to deal with an honorable, professional company.



If you are looking for a security system of any kind, be sure not to overlook Alliance Protection Systems, Inc. as they are one of the few honest, professional companies that I have dealt with in quite some time. I am totally happy with my system and the care Mr. Rodgers took in making sure everything was done correctly, promptly, professionally and as promised. Even after the installation and activation of the system, Mr. Rodgers continues to check if everything is what I expected and if I have any questions. Doesn’t get much better than that.
