He not only repaired my heater but was concern about the height of the pilot light. Being a newer heater with an energy rating system the pilot was low and not igniting the heater. After the pilot light again went out, I called Lou and he found an older, heavy duty system and was very honest about the fact that he wasn't charged for the part. He installed the pilot light system and never charged us for the part or the return visit. In these times, it is very hard to find an honest and conscientious repairman. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
