This is a worst hospital I ever see. My mom was brought to ER by ambulance 5:30 PM with congestive heart failure, she end up sitting in the waiting area for almost 6 hr until they got her a room in ER. Than after all test was done she was admitted around 1 AM, but stayed in ER till 4 AM in the morning. We've provided list of all medication she was taking at home in ER, then when we got in the room on the floor, stuff didn't know what medication she was on. There is a waiting time when you call a nurse to go on the bed pan 20-30 min to go and another 20-30 when you are done. You need to be a doctor when you staying in the hospital as a patient to see what kind of treatment they give you, otherwise they are easily mess up medicine or can kill you there. Some doctors can stop by to see her and provide a consultation for the first time for around 2 min. and when you start ask a questions they are walking toward the door, because they need to see as many patient as they can, so they can charge the insurance. And at the end when she was released and AV was taking out of her arm, blood was all over her and the floor. Would never ever suggest this place if you want to stay alive stay away from this place.

Where do I begin? My fiance was taken by ambulance to the emergency dept after falling and injuring her leg let me start by saying that the driver was very rude,he acted like it was a problem to help while she's yelling in pain he's telling me he thinks it's anxiety. We get to the hospital where even though there were very few patients it took them what seemed like forever they reluctantly gave her a Percocet the staff acted very aloof towards her complaints about pain even though it was clear that she was in extreme pain. After being there all night they release her without any meds, she proceeds to have a panic attack .The long and short of it is the staff are very unprofessional, they were making comments that they should keep to themselves. I would not recommend this hospital I've been to many ERs due to a chronic condition, and have never seen such unprofessional attitudes towards patients. A word of advice, the staff should go to Paoli Hospital you could learn something!

Where do I begin? Most of the staff in the ER were very friendly, took good care of my mom. When she was transferred to her room, the floor was sticky. Two days later it's still dirty and sticky. My mother needed personal hygiene products which she asked for but was never given (she sat dirty all night until I came and helped her the next morning.) This place is a nightmare. They may have remodelled the building but they really need to remodel the staff by replacing them all.

If I could give this a negative review I would. They hire the scum of the earth to work here. These people are rude, and not in the correct field. This is a place to make people feel better and comfortable while they are here..not act like wild animals!!!!!! Do yourselves and your loved ones a favor and go to another hospital

Er visit

My visit of feb 20 was flawed because the er doctor ordered stadol medication and the nurse came in the room and lied and said she was giving me the generic form of this medication. The hospitols response was oh we are sorry she lied. Be aware you may be next except you may be the one with a deadly medication because a nurse is to lazy to confirm what you are asking her. This Hospitol has gone down hill and really doesn't seem to care about the patients. While there are good people who work there the incompetent ones are destroying everyone's reputation and the only thing being done to handle matters even after they acknowledge their mistakes is they will talk to their staff. Are these really the doctors and nurses you want treating you or your family members?

Horrible

Absolutely terrible. I was rear ended in a car accident. I waited almost six hours to be seen by a doctor on a Wednesday When there were not so many patients. When I was seen finally, Dr. Anthony Mangiaracina treated me unprofesionally. He first asked me repeatedly how fast the car that rear ended me was going. He then began insulting me stating that he was busy helping sick people. When my CAT scan came back negative, he stated "The CAT scan came back negative but you knew that it would, right? " He then went on a tirade about attorneys?!! So here I am with real pain in my neck and back forced to wait about six hours and then humiliated and demeaned by this Doctor in front of nurses. Additionally, the sheet on the gurney was dirty with debris from the former patient making this hospital insanitary as well. Stay away. Go to Nazareth Hospital or any place else instead.

I can't say enough good about the hospital , I was in Aug 5th and 6th, Undercover boss should go and see the hard work they do, and honor them four it

I would not recommend anyone to go to this hospital EVER. I had a terrible experience there, the staff seems very disorganized, and unreliable.

Overall

This hospital is great! I came to the ER at 2:30am even though I had a minor complaint and I could have just waited until the morning to see my primary. it only took 2 mins for the amazing triage nurse to assess me and they let me sit in the very comfortable waiting room. There is a 40 inch flat screen tv and it is air conditioned. There is even a staff member in the waiting room at all times in case I have any questions, like "when will I be taken back" and "what do I have to do to get some pain medicine around here." I know a lot about the waiting room because I spent most of my time out there. When I did get back to a treatment room I was again assessed by an fantastic nurse, who was able to nail down my reason for being in the hospital (pain medicine). I mean they are really spot on. Then I saw a resident, who was very nice and sympathetic. They gave me this medicine, I think it was called toradil, or something. They said it was the best pain medicine on the market, so I was very grateful. Soon I was taken to cat scan and xray for multiple tests. By the time I got back I am pretty sure I was glowing in the dark, but I dont care as long as I know that there is nothing seriously wrong. Then the Attending came in, and he was very handsome. I asked him on a date but he said he was married. Thats OK with me because there are not a lot of places that take my access card. But I digress. I was informed that all my tests were negative and it was safe for me to go home. I was relieved that there was nothing wrong and felt confident that I made the right choice in chosing Aria for my healthcare needs. All of the staff members treated me with respect and dignity, even when I did not always do the same for them. I will definitely come back for some more of that Toradil stuff.

Don't waste your time. They stick you with a resident who knows less than the maintenance man about medicine. Then, they misdiagnose your ailment and call you later to tell you that they were wrong. The nurses have to be told what to do (by you) and screw it up anyhow. Go to a good hospital where the REAL doctors don't hide in the background and let the learners use you for a guinea pig. They should pay YOU for this, not vice versa.

Overall
Terrible

Would not refer anyone here. Cannot get updates on patients. Given incorrect info and they don't know what they are doing. If they don't want to deal with your loved ones, they will overmedicate them. Stay away.
